The total value of sales of outbound package tours in Russia was higher than sales of those for domestic and inbound travel. In 2022, sales of outbound trips to the Russian population exceeded 306 billion Russian rubles, marking a significant increase from the previous year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Tour packages for citizens within Russia also saw a notable increase in sales, reaching over 135 billion Russian rubles in 2022. The value of inbound tour packages sold to foreigners grew to about 0.7 billion Russian rubles.
