According to a survey conducted in France in 2021, more than nine out of ten consumers aged 18-24 planned to use e-commerce for their Black Friday shopping that year. Among consumers 65 and older, the majority intended to use a hybrid approach, with almost 60 percent saying they planned to shop online and in-store.
