According to a survey conducted on potential home buyers in Malaysia in June 2024, 21 percent of respondents were interested in properties with a price range of 300,001 to 400,000 Malaysian ringgit. Meanwhile, five percent of respondents had a budget of more than one million Malaysian ringgit.
