In Scandinavia, reported finding gifts to purchase online for the holiday season through many communication channels in the first quarter of 2022. The most popular way to find products was by searching directly on websites. In Denmark, roughly 43 percent of regular customers found gifts this way, followed by one third of respondents in Sweden and Norway. Nordic consumers also bought gifts online via membership offers, text message ads, and newsletters.
