According to a survey carried out in 2021 in the United Kingdom (UK), difficulty sleeping was the most commonly reported symptom of the menopause with over four-fifths of survey respondents reporting to have experienced it. Furthermore, three-quarters reported having problems with memory and/or concentration when experiencing menopause.
