Denmark, Luxembourg, and Slovenia were the European countries with highest use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies among wholesale and retail trade enterprises in 2023. In the mentioned countries, a bit more than 14 percent of enterprises in the wholesale and retail trade sector used at least one type of AI-based technology in the considered year.
