LEGO Group revenue 2003-2023

In 2023, the LEGO Group's revenue amounted to nearly 66 billion Danish kroner, which equates to roughly 8.8 billion euros. This is up from the estimated 64.7 billion Danish kroner recorded a year earlier.

LEGO is one of the top ranked major toy companies in the world, based on revenue, ahead of companies such as Mattel and Hasbro. The company’s products are sold in more than 130 countries and in 2023 employed over 25,000 people. The company, together with its subsidiaries, operates in Europe, the Americas, Africa, Asia and Australia.

Lego-themed theme parks

It is the LEGO philosophy that ‘good quality play’ enriches a child’s life – and lays the foundation for later adult life. They believe that play is a key element in children's growth and development, and stimulates the imagination, the emergence of ideas and creative expression.

The company also co-owns a chain, along with Merlin Entertainments, of Lego-themed theme parks. The chain currently consists of 10 parks around the world, including: Legoland Billund, Legoland Windsor, Legoland Deutschland, Legoland Malaysia, Legoland California and Legoland Florida.
