In 2018, the turnover of the telecommunications industry in the United Kingdom decreased by 2.1 billion euros (-2.93 percent) since 2017. Turnover is defined by Eurostat as the total of all sales (excluding VAT) of goods and services carried out by the enterprises of a given sector during the reference period.
