In 2023, the investment and holding company Investor AB was the most profitable company in Sweden with a net profit of over 11 billion euros. The car manufacturer Volvo AB ranked second, generating a profit of six billion euros. The industrial manufacturer Atlas Copco AB had the third highest net profit in Sweden.
