Bookstore visits in the Netherlands 2015-2024, by frequency

As of February 2024 in The Netherlands, 25 percent of surveyed respondents said that they would buy a book once or twice a year in physical book store. Despite the pandemic coronavirus crisis, the number of on-site visits to buy a book increased for visits per month. However the frequency of visits each week fluctuated between one and two percent ever since.
