The share of enterprises that make B2B and B2G sales via websites, apps, and online marketplaces in Croatia increased by 2.2 percentage points in 2024 in comparison to the previous year. In total, the share of enterprises amounted to 22.8 percent in 2024.

All enterprises, without the financial sector, are included (10 persons employed or more). Data given are based on the annual Eurostat Model Questionnaires on ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) usage and e-commerce in enterprises. The aim of the European ICT usage surveys is to collect and disseminate harmonized and comparable information on the use of Information and Communication Technologies in enterprises and e-commerce at European level. Data coverage corresponds to code E_AWS_B2BG of INDIC_IS (Information Society Indicators).
