This statistic shows the Spanish winners at the Academy Awards ranked by number of victories from 1969 to 2020. As of February 2020, Pedro Almodóvar and Gil Parrondo held the largest number of victories at the Academy Awards within the Spanish film industry, with two Oscars each. Almodóvar's movie "All About My Mother" received the award for Best Foreign Language Film in 1999. His second Academy Award came three years later. In 2002, "Talk to Her" earned him the award for Best Original Screenplay.
