Leading UK banks mean gender bonus pay gap 2024

In 2024, HSBC reported the highest mean bonus pay gap between women and men among the largest banks in the United Kingdom. Lloyds Bank plc followed in the ranking, with a bonus pay gap of 50.6 percent between men and women. Compared to 2023, all observed banks reported lower gender bonus pay gaps, except HSBC.
