• Enter your phone number.
• Enter the confirmation code that will be sent to you via a text massage from stc to confirm activating the direct billing service.
• Complete subscription steps on Netflix.
• At the end, you will receive a short text message confirming the activation of direct billing service.

To unsubscribe

• Sign in to your account on Netflix.
• Click the arrow at the top right of the page.
• Click the account.

• Sign in to your account on Netflix.
  
• Click the arrow at the top right of the page.
• Click the account.
• Click Cancel Membership under Membership and Billing options.
• Click finish cancellation to confirm you want to cancel.

You can continue to use your Netflix account until the end of your current billing period.

Can I transfer a profile into a new Netflix account that is paid for through stc or linked to an stc package?

If you’d like to pay through stc:

If you want the transferred profile to be the primary profile on a new account, you will be unable to pay through stc and instead will have to add another method of payment during the profile transfer process.

If you want the transferred profile to be a secondary profile on the new account, you can create an account through stc, and then transfer the profile.

If you have an stc package or package add-on:

If you want the transferred profile to be the primary profile on a new account, you must first create a new account through profile transfer, and then activate your stc package to link your account. 

If you want the transferred profile to be a secondary profile on the new account, you can create an account during package activation, and then transfer the profile.
