What conditions apply to the subscription offer?

Sign up to a new blue Mobile 24 months or 36 months (depending on the chosen device payment model) subscription and enjoy:

  • blue Mobile M 12 months for 49.90/mth, at the end of the promotion period, you will pay 59.90/mth

  • Valid in combination with a Swisscom blue Internet subscription (also when taking out a new combined Internet and mobile subscription

  • At least two eligible blue mobile subscriptions at the same residential address.
  • The subscriptions must either be in the same name or entered under “My Household” in My Swisscom.
  • You accept the applicable terms and conditions, such as the extension of the minimum contractual term by 24 months and that you will need to resolve your issues around the clock on the app and website instead of the hotline or Shop. Your 1st blue mobile subscription is not affected by these terms and conditions.

What conditions apply to the Disney+ offer?

Contract details and conditions

  • When you sign up for a new blue Mobile you will receive 6 months of Disney+ Standard with ads on us (total value: 47.40 (6 × 7.90/mth)).
  • Credit available after ordering with an e-mail address.
     

Activation of the Disney+ offer

  • The Disney+ option is activated automatically after activation of the blue Mobile.
  • The free 6 months run from the time the option is activated.
  • During 6 months, 7.90 will be deducted from the bill as a credit note.
     

Conditions and contract terms for Disney+ offer

  • The Disney+ option can be linked to Disney via this link(opens in new tab).
  • If this link is made, the Disney+ option will continue to run for a fee of 7.90/mth after the promotion expires.
  • If the option is not linked to Disney, there are no costs after 6 months.
     

Possible change of Disney+ subscription

  • You can switch from Disney+ Standard with ads to the Standard without ads or Premium subscription model during the free 6 months.
  • Until the end of the 6 months, you will continue to receive the credit of 7.90 and pay the surcharge for the higher option.
  • The change results in a minimum contract period of 12 months (from the time of the change).
  • Switching from an annual to a monthly subscription is not possible before the Disney+ minimum contract period of 12 months has expired.
  • Cancellation period is 1 month in each case (first possible at the end of the minimum contract period for annual subscriptions).
  • If you already have a Disney+ subscription with Disney, you may be billed twice. If the existing Disney+ subscription is billed by a third party, you must manage your account directly with this third party in order to benefit from the Swisscom promotion. The Disney+ GTC apply.
     

Consequences of contract cancellation or early termination

  • If the contract is canceled/revoked/early terminated and the Disney+ offer is received, the total credit value plus a flat rate of 200.– must be paid.
     

Offer for existing Swisscom customers

  • Existing Swisscom customers are only eligible for the offer if they take out a new / additional blue Internet (with/without TV).
  • Customers may only benefit from the Disney+ offer once within a 6-month period, even if they take out blue Mobile and blue Internet at the same time or at different times.
     

Smartphone discount

Promotion applies when taking out/renewing a blue Mobile L (99.90/month), blue Mobile M (79.90/month) or inOne mobile premium subscriptions (200.–/month) taken out by 28.02.2025. The price shown refers to a new blue Mobile subscription. The amount of the discount varies depending on the subscription selection and the smartphone.

  • Minimum contract period for blue Mobile L and M or inOne mobile premium: 24 months
  • Offer valid while stocks last, until 28.02.2025 at the latest
  • Promotion not valid if you are merely switching subscription to blue Mobile L, blue Mobile M or inOne mobile premium

Fair Use Policy

The mobile subscriptions apply for normal personal use and primary use within Switzerland. Outside of Switzerland, subscriptions apply for normal personal use while travelling and during temporary stays abroad. Swisscom reserves the right to curtail or restrict the service or take other appropriate steps if it establishes that usage deviates significantly from the norm (e.g. use primarily outside of Switzerland), or if there are justified indications that the SIM is being used for special applications (e.g. surveillance applications, machine-to-machine, direct dial or continuous connections).

What is the switch offer?

The Swisscom switching offer enables customers and entire households to use the advantages of blue Mobile at any time, even if their contract with other providers is terminated early. For a change of provider with early porting of the phone number, switching costs of up to 500.– will be covered. These costs will be credited to the Swisscom bill over 12 months after the final invoice has been submitted. The offer applies to the blue mobile S, M or L tariffs, excluding ports from Coop Mobile, M-Budget and Wingo.
