Manfred von Hebel, born 1966, is an Educational Scientist who works in the field of youth work and youth policies at national and European level for more than 30 years, from 2005 to 2009 he worked as Seconded National Expert at the Directorate General for Education and Culture of the European Commission, since 2009 he is engaged in JUGEND für Europa – the German National Agency for the EU-programmes Erasmus+ Youth, Erasmus+ Sports and the European Solidarity Corps, Deputy Head of the National Agency
