Courier delivery

• How much does delivery cost?

  The delivery cost is $9 and shipping is free for all orders over $70.

• Who delivers my order?

  Your order will be delivered by UPS.

• How can I track my order?

  You can track your order by going to "Follow your order/return" where you can find the link to monitor your order on the courier's site. If you placed the order as a registered user, you can log into your account and track the order in your order history.

• What is the delivery time for my online order?

  Order before 01:00 PM EST and your goods will be delivered at your chosen address within 48 hours. Any orders made after that time will leave our warehouses on the next business day. You can monitor your order any time through the tracking you received in your email. We inform you that during special events (Sales, Black Friday or Cyber Monday, etc.) your order can be slightly delayed. This delay is due to the high number of shipments. • Can I make an order and send it to a different country from my own?

  Make sure you place your order from the Tezenis website of the same country you would like for it to be shipped to. Also remember that the billing and shipping addresses have to be in the same country.

• Can I choose the date and time of delivery?

  No, make sure that someone is present at the chosen delivery address.

• I have not received my order yet, what should I do?

  If you do not receive your order within expected time, check the status of the delivery on the Follow your order/return section. If you need more information, you can always contact our Customer Service.
