SEAReview
At this smashbuger counter between Rainier Valley and New Holly, you’ll hear the grill sizzling as soon as you step foot inside. The beef patties are a bit thicker than usual for a smashie, but they're juicy and well-seasoned nonetheless, going well with the crisp trio of lettuce, tomato, and pickles. And everything here is halal. They have a few variations on the burger, but If you like onions, get the “super smash”—there are huge meaty chunks of them cooked until translucent and sweet. And while you can skip the limp fries here, the restaurant has also nailed a rare Seattle-born chopped cheese that finally wouldn’t make a New Yorker point and laugh.
