Conduent (CNDT), the business processing outsourcing firm that was previously spun out of Xerox (XRX), is working with a financial adviser to explore a sale after receiving acquisition interest, people familiar with the matter told Reuters’ Milana Vinn. The company is talking with potential acquirers, which include private equity firms, the sources said, adding that if the talks are successful, a deal could be signed in the coming weeks.
