TNG Digital Chief Operations Officer
Herman was appointed as Chief Operations Officer of TNG Digital on 1 January 2023. He joined TNGD in July 2019 as Head of Back-end Ops, responsible for leading the Customer Service & Experience, Merchant Onboarding & Helpdesk, Settlement Operation and Reload Channels & Operation that reports functionally and administratively to Chief Operations Officer.
Prior to joining TNGD, he had held roles as Head of Field Service Management & Order Management and Head of Order Management & Commercial Support within Astro. He also served at Celcom & VADS where he provided BPO advisory services prior.
He holds a Diploma in Information Technology, majoring in Computer Science from Pusat Teknologi dan Pengurusan Lanjutan.
