I love the interface, the calendar is so easy to use and a great visual aid! I wish there were more pre-loaded medicinal herbs, but I can add them with the subscription. Still learning how to use the visual map, but I have a very odd growing space 😊

Nice products but zero customer service. My friend ordered a mushroom kit for my birthday in august, it arrived a couple of days before and was already sprouting out of the box, so the first batch were useless. We both contacted customer service via email and facebook and still have not had a reply. I have followed up with another and still no reply, surely trading standards need to pay a visit due to the reports on here, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!

Customer service is not very friendly. I'm not sure of their fraud policies but they aren't very easy to buy items from for your business if you're trying to buy from one state to another. I guess they must just like doing business with the local area! I don't recommend if you want to do online business with this organization! I did find another business that has Wisconsin parts in Arizona it's called BW equipment and they have multiple outlets for parts and motors and they don't have any issues selling parts to a business partner in California and sending the parts to Florida to the business. If you need parts fast talk to Gabe he was very polite and extremely helpful.

This company lies to people in some of their trainings, specifically in the Microgreens training. Additionally, they don’t answer to your questions o solve technology issues quickly. I felt scammed by them! They also keep charging you a monthly membership and you can’t cancel it. It’s really bad!
