The shipping box was damaged and a bit open on one side. filters weren't wrapped. I received an explanation of not wanting to use plastic wrap on their filters. However, I believe that issue is of lesser importance than keeping them sealed from any germs or viruses. I was impressed that there were no carbon particles flaking off like a different brand that I had tried.

Everything was easy and good response and shipping speed. Only thing I would say is a weakness is the lack of protection in shipping. If it were an additional cost option you offered your customers for extra layers of protection around the unit I would be interested what you might charge for that.

Bought a model ProG40-38U RH62 EC1-1 On Sept 23 2024 Installed the same day It was MFG on 30 Aug 2024 Went out 12 31 2024. From a leak from the bottom of the tank. The supply house I bought it from was close for the holiday so I had to buy from a local box. store that night so I would have hot water for the holiday. Returned the bad one back to the supply house the only thing they would just give me a replacement. No refund!!!!!! Now I have a water heater that I can not use.

I should have read these reviews before ordering. Despite paying for expedited delivery it took Domospare 1 week to initiate shipment and send me the shipping details. The item was returned by the courier because of a lack of paperwork and contact details. I waited another 2 weeks for Domospare to reship the item only for it to be held up by the courier in France as a "dangerous item". The courier investigated this and said Domospare had packed a loose lithium battery which seems very odd given I ordered a part that does not have or require a battery supply. Despite chasing Domospare for information they ignored my emails. I requested a refund and they continued to ignore my emails. I reported this to my bank and the refunded the full amount. I've still not heard back from Domospare. Given the number of other reports online about this I suspect this is a scam. I've reported to the police in France and the bank is still continuing to investigate for fraudulent activity. Don't use these people.
