As others have mentioned, they are very shady and not transparent. After half year, I am still waiting for my compensation. They are not reachable through phone or whatsapp, only email. Of course whenever you write them they either ignore you or telling you that it is in progress. This is not a legit company.

GBS Received my delayed bag from the airline and kept it for 13 days with no attempt to deliver it. While on their website tracker they updated that delivery initiated so I kept waiting and couldn’t reach them When I finally could reach them the lady Ashley told me without any remorse that the bag would be destroyed in 24 hours because of Course all edible stuff in there had gone bad. This is the most wicked treatment I had received. No concern for people baggage and the the value to the owners. Very callous operation.

I ordered items and delivery was a week late. I asked for a refund since missed birthday date and they said just send it back. It costs $110 to ship back, ridiculous.

The temporary taxi situation at terminal 4 arrivals is at once chaos, cruel and pathetic! In the rain, with 7 bags, we two septuagenarians had to fend for ourselves to get our bags onto a crowded bus at the taxi stand, lurch for 10 min hoping we didn't fall, loose track of our bags or that the limited storage rack didn't collapse! Reaching the site of temporary taxi stand where there were no luggage carts and the same one poor guy designated to help the whole bus did his best to assist us! The yellow taxis were another 5 min walk in the rain & cold to where a way to short open awning missed covering all but the first few on line, only to wait further for a taxi! You have got to be kidding! Soo messed up! Will be flying outa Newark next time!

Awful experience. Rude staff checking size of hand luggage. Intimidatory and alarmist challenging us to complain. The bag was empty (nowhere near the 7kg limit) and less than 5mm over the height. Used this bag for the last 2 years without any trouble. Very unhappy, the fine was bad enough but the attitude of the staff was most upsetting
