I am a computer engineer, and my wife is an architect who has participated in several competitions. In this review, I will evaluate GoPillar from the perspective of an experienced software developer. **System and Website: 5/5** The website and user interface (UI) are well-designed and user-friendly. Files can be uploaded and viewed quickly. Overall, they have a very professional system compared to other similar platforms. Small details, such as the remaining time indicator, make users feel they are working with a serious and professional platform. The premium membership system works well as well; you only compete with professional architects on high-quality projects. This ensures that the project files are complete and allows you to learn from the work of other architects. However, there is a big problem with the payment system, which I will explain separately. **Communication: 1/5** Even as a premium member, she couldn’t get any response through any communication channels. If you're lucky, you might get a reply to your emails after a week. **Payment System: 2/5** Payments can only be made through PayPal. It’s surprising that such a professional platform only offers one payment method. Since PayPal is not available in Turkey, she couldn’t receive the rewards for several competitions she won. However, the membership fee is automatically deducted from her bank account. While there are other payment methods for receiving money, there are no alternatives for payouts. Even though she provided quotes from PayPal’s own website, they insist that PayPal works in Turkey and ask her to open a new account. When she requested other payment options, she was given vague responses like "we are working on it, but it may take months."

Wow. Nate and the team at Boutique Home Plans knocked it out of the park. We had two previous draftsmen who just couldn't nail down our vision and they were able to do it within two weeks from start to finish. I am so impressed by the work that I recommended him locally here in Iowa. If you're a visualist like me.. be sure to add on the 3D rendering package. Its worth it. Now for the tough part - To actually build the darn thing! *FYI your builder is going to love these plans too as they include many quantities for their typical takeoffs such as roof, siding, and other important factors.

I paid alot of money for this company to help me get my money back from a scam. I thought it would be worth it because they promised this was an easy case and I would get my money back. Well nothing has happened and its been 2 years. They keep emailing saying they tried to call me but I never get their calls. This company is a scam. I was scammed twice now if my life but no more. I learned my lesson. I asked for a refund, lets see if they are willing to return the money I gave them with because there are no results. I will keep you posted.

A horror story of incompetence, huge expense and blinding stress. Hugh from Office S&M told us and our builders we had planning consent from Waltham Forest Council to go ahead and start our renovation in Dec 2020. But in truth Office S&M only applied for planning consent 3 days AFTER demolition started on our renovation. We didn't realise our situation until 4 months later in April 2021 when we received a letter of rejection. Hugh submitted another 2 applications at our insistence, both of which were rejected. Hugh also failed to contact the Council to request a pre-application meeting, which would have cleared up the issues we now find the Council has with our house design. Hugh also did not take any notice of feedback from the Building Control Team we used which raised problems which we have now managed to rectify on our own. Now we are left with the huge stress of having a house that does not have planning permission. Four years after our renovation started, we have 4 rejected planning applications and the Council is started enforcement against us. I really don't know what to do or how to fix this. Our predicament is not our fault, as we thought we were hiring a professional and trusted him as our architect and project manager. This is especially as Office S&M was/is registered with the Architects Registration Board (ARB) and RIBA. Avoid.

The team at Renderby have been great to work with. They have just completed a second project for me which was turned around very quickly and was of great quality. The time zones work great where Stephanie can get the artist to work over my night (their day) to have something ready the me in the next morning, which is a great advantage. My projects are generally not standard buildings yet they Stephanie and the artist (Esteban) that she paired me with have shown great understanding of my needs. I look forward to our next project.
