They are selling bird feed without proper instructions which are really confusing. No response even after I have tried to contact them. How they are authorised/approved to sell bird feed?

I have been ordering feeders, food and habitats of them for years now. Always and excellent service even when things do go wrong - like faults in the feeders. I would have liked to still be able to get the original metal Nuttery feeders and some of the earlier models of the ring pull (by far the easiest feeder to use) if that can be made possible!

The bugs never arrive when they are supposed to. The response from customer service is always "give it a few more days". I will be finding a new supplier. One that actually gets the bugs to you when they say they will.

I’m with these past reviews. Made an order then immediately regretted it and asked to cancel. Days later they said no. It arrived, doesn’t look as pictured, and is def not worth the money..

Homegrown yummies for hens (and horses)! I love that these soldier fly grubs are sourced in North America. I am willing to pay extra for that. The quality is great and the animals all go bonkers for them. I like the subscribe and save program and its flexibility.

Ordered three new bird feeders. Cost $455.00 due to shipping fees. I open the shipping box and see that they are made by Bird's Choice. Who make awful feeders but charge $50 less for them. I can not get hold of anyone at Duncraft to send these back and get sold to another schmuck.

I've been buying bird food from Ivel Valley for 2-3 years now. The product is of high quality; our little visitors seem to think so. They eat it all with very little wastage. Packaging is good and delivery is prompt.

The owners of the Bird trader site are scammers as well. I used to flag up obvious scams & ones i had checked out. One crook lived in flats in Cheshunt & was a known scammer. The owners got fed up with me when i said they have no interest in protecting buyers & they blocked me!!. Be very careful!!!

I placed 2 orders both orders were wrong. They sent me RIR instead of Production Reds and two Roos when all were suppose to be female. The buff Orpington's were a mix and again a mixed Roo in all female. Ordered two male male Orpington was sent a female and a male. What happened to Texas helping Texans, more like here have some Vaseline🫤.
