So easy! Went to start my car and battery was dead. I Inquired online but wasn't sure which battery to select. They called me seconds later and discussed the differences. Placed order and within 2 hours my battery was delivered and installed! Amazing customer service and experience. I was able to track the delivery so I knew exactly when the installation tech arrived. Completely stress free purchase!!!

I ordered a replacement battery for my 2005 Prius August 5, 2024. My mechanic installed it, and it worked for about a month or so. After that battery failed, I had to pay my mechanic to remove that battery and install (on October 10) the replacement they sent. That battery failed mid-December 2024. The customer service department only responded after MANY attempts to contact them. I sent them a picture of the code showing on my mechanic's scanner. Then it took SEVERAL more attempts to contact them before I heard back. They offered to send a team to me to reinstall a third battery. However, they said it would be weeks before they could arrange that. When I asked them to refund my money, they said they wouldn't do that under any circumstances. I then asked them to ship a third battery to my mechanic (which would require me to pay a third $200 installation fee). They said they would need to put a $500 charge on my credit card for a "core fee". At this point, I told them I would take the matter up with law enforcement in their area.

Don't know why they get bad ratings. Yamaha grizzly 550yfm eps, 6 and half years later is still starting the quad. Was in storage 9 months and still started, bit slow but fired up.

Tried to order a small UPS battery online and they wanted to charge me £35 just for standard delivery. Went elsewhere and paid £6.99. BBL then emailed me and said if I phoned them they could make the delivery charge "more reasonable". Seriously?

Everyone on this site is 100% accurate. I purchased an Interstate battery for almost 300 dollars to have the "trusted" name and reliability, as well as the 3 year full replacement warranty. A year later the battery just died in my truck. Called the distributor (not a shop) that I purchased from and got the total run-around on an exchange. Interstate Batteries Of Brazos River Valley 1100 Finfeather Rd Bryan, TX 77803 Not looking for something for nothing- that's WHY I purchased what I did and spent the extra money. IN CASE. Not only was I treated like a fool (I've been building high performance cars for most of my adult life) but the refused to exchange the faulty battery. NEVER AGAIN. Take this as a word of warning folks- DO NOT trust the Interstate name anymore- it's clearly not the same company and they are trying to live off of that originally prestigious name...
