Suspicion of Fraud/Suspicion of Money Washing Why?: Around Christmas 2023, there were advertisements on Facebook in Germany where it was possible to buy Jack Wolfskin brand products at very attractive prices (the phrase "trusted store" is also written when the link is clicked). The web page that opens is the same as the Jack Wolfskin page. After your orders are placed, you pay with your Credit Card. Account Owner appears as „Zenhin.com Westcliffe USA“. From the link they provide to follow the shipping process, you learn that the product will come from China. For contact, you can only write to the e-mail address given to you (tina@...).You receive answers from this e-mail address telling you tob e patient and that the products will arrive. In the cargo tracking link, it says "the product was delivered" after approximately 1.5 months. But the product definitely does not reach the buyer. After 2 months, from the moment you send a message asking for your money back, you no longer receive a reply to your messages. When you report the situation to the e-mail at Zenhin.com (support@zenhin...), where the money goes, there is no response. Why do Facebook Company, American official institutions, Jack Wolfskin Company allow such situations and why do they not protect people? Unbelievable..

Ordered “in stock� items on their website, also paid for expedited shipping. They never shipped the order and never responded to multiple emails I sent asking when my order would ship. Had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge.
