I was told that the cleaning would include windows, baseboards, spot clean of walls, vacuum of couches, floor wash, etc. They left early before I got home to do a walk through and I found that none of the couches had been vacuumed underneath and none of beds had been vacuumed underneath. There was hair and dust balls under all of our furniture. They also hadn’t removed the couch cushions to vacuum underneath, which they said they would do on the phone when I booked a “deep clean”. Nothing looked like it had been moved. There was also dust on picture frames on our walls and not a single wall was spot cleaned like they claimed they would do. I could have done a better job myself alone than these two people did in 3 hours. They basically just did a quick dust, vacuumed the floor they could see, and left everything else. When I told them about the issues they discounted me $20 on an almost $500 bill. Find a different service.

I had a great experience with Clean & Spotless Services! Their team was kind, on time, and left my house spotless. They addressed subjects I wouldn't have thought about while grinning. My first commercial steamer, I like that it’s simple and it works like I need it too. The attachments being made well has made the experience that much better as well. I’m able to transform interiors like never before with less effort. the hose is a little short yes but I put mine on a cart and roll it around the trucks and it works great. I will definitely be back for bigger model in the future.

Have to say I was vert disappointed. Was told they would be left streak free but left with water marks and one even though done twice is still dirty. Wanted to come out to rectify I said no, so they tried to be a little funny about a contract which by the way you don't sign. I paid but don't recommend
