Customer service, customer support and the overall taking care of issues that arise is an absolute zero star for this site. I purchased a Groupon with the idea that these are businesses that want to attract customers and yet a purchase I made for a massage lead me to a female pretending to have a business and it was not so it was a massage from inside her home and she was not educated or Licensed to do massage and after looking up the address for the so called business turns out she advertises on google for doing braiding hair and as I said it’s out. Of her house. I let Groupon know I do not feel comfortable going to a persons house for a massage when the person has lied saying they have a business and don’t I do not know this person and I would rather take my money and get a Groupon that is a business. Groupon refuses to be of any help or understanding for my worry and it’s legit when this person lied about having a business.
