The new steel door is amazing! The strength and security are unmatched and the sleek design is exactly what I was looking for. It's like the door version of a security guard with style - if that's even possible. Totally worth the investment.

special double doors ordered 11/2/24 they were to be delivered 11/28/24 they have been delayed as of today app 10 times with different reasons that do not make any sense they now say they will be ready 3/25/25 order 275581140

Ordered 32x81 and 36x81 storm doors. Received them but didn't have the hardware so had to reschedule install. Finally received hardware. Tried to install but was missing trim that holds glass in place as well as trim to cover screws. What ever happened to quality control?

Absolutely superb service, everything went very smoothly, there was continuous communication from start to finish. Prices and the range of products were better than elsewhere. Frankie was excellent to deal with. We did check all product as they came and had no issues.

Spoke with james who explained ro me the system and how thw doorwins group works, I liked the group setup of multiple manufacturers and suppliers in one place, dependant on the size if project and materials such as pvc vs aluminium, large projects vs residential home projects. Anyhow , we own 8 rented properties and they helped us find someone for the full replacement of windows and doors and also on hoinh maintenance using a double glazing doctor. 5 stars from me and my partner

This place is terrible. We ordered a $60ish barn door handle…and then waited…and waited…and then reached out to rustica to see where the product we paid for is…and then we waited…and waited some more… Multiple reachouts went unanswered. With Rustica having already taken our money, but providing no product and no responses whatsoever…we opened a dispute with our credit card company. The ccard company reached out multiple times and still no response from Rustica. Took 4.5 months to finally get our money back for a stupid door handle. TERRIBLE customer service. TERRIBLE business. As you can see from other reviews, shop elsewhere and save yourself the frustration.

The Precision milling from Pennington Hardwoods is truly next level. Practically every board fit perfectly, and the installation was a breeze as result. I've installed many floors and their craftsmanship is far superior to anything I've worked with before.
