We bought this wheelchair for my 88 year old mother two months ago.....she wanted to go see her great grandkids play flag football and soccer, but couldn't walk all over the fields. It has been amazing so far. This chair is simple to charge, folds up very easily and fits in the back of our SUV. My husband lifts it in easily. Mom has quickly learned how to use the joystick to steer it, and is comfortable now adjusting the speed. The chair has traveled well over concrete, cobblestone, grass, and artificial turf....even through a gravel parking lot. The grandkids love that it beeps when she backs up! Overall, we are super pleased.....it has really opened up the world for her.

Please let Yunior know that the customer service was A+++ and top rated to the extreme. From me placing my order and asking not to ship until Jan. 6th because as I was leary that my husband would not want the chair proved true the service from your company was awesome. I had my refund within minutes of talking to Yunior. Thank you so very much. If anyone I know ask about a chair I'll highly recommend your company. Linda

07/10/2024- I am trying to use the BackJoy Core (the back orthotic) but it is difficult. The pictures in my instruction booklet do not represent what I actually have. My logo is nit under my left thigh. Ummmm. I have not found a comfortable sitting position yet. I now just treat it as a pillow cushion to sit up taller in my chair at my desk in the office! No help! No posture support!

I can honestly say I could not be more please with the whole remodeling experience with this company. I am a new home owner and was clueless on where I should begin and they had such patience with me through the whole process. My kitchen is BEAUTIFUL!!! And my wallet isn’t bleeding lol.
