Total bait-switch company with piss-poor technical support. I knew my older SGX handheld GPS was losing support, but the SkyCaddie website was still offering subscriptions for that specific device as of two days ago, with clear photos/language giving me LEGAL expectation of having a purchased subscription applied to that older device in functioning form. I buy the subscription and it, of course, failed to sync with my device. Got on chat with support who immediately went into "that device is no longer supported, you can't sync over USB only wifi, and memberships are non-refundable per policy BUT.......... we give you a great deal on an device upgrade!". I said "no, I'll take a refund" but was told I'd have to run up the chain and call the support phone number. Magically, they were quick to refund my money when I pointed out the clearly illegal implications of what they were doing. I was CLEARLY not the first one to call with this issue. Over the years Skygolf has had notoriously awful technical support, a glitchy online interface, and mediocre products. Now they've stooped to a blatant "bait-and-switch" (partial) business model to get people to buy their latest products. I'd avoid this company like the plague. I've used them for about a decade but will no longer due business with them because of this dishonest tactic and making be burn my precious time jumping through hoops just for the refund I was clearly entitled to.

I recently attended a 3 day golf camp at Dobson Ranch with Joe and it was worth every penny I paid for the camp. I am 60 years old, and I have never once had a golf lesson, and I just started playing again last Fall. I was concerned that Joe would try to change my swing in 3 days, but he just tweaked me and showed me techniques that would improve my game. From Putting to Driving, I learned so much that is helping me to get my 22 Handicap down. The process is going to take some time but when I am on the course, I am hitting the ball and sinking puts like never before. If you are looking for a short 3-day golf school that is fun and relaxing, I would give Joe 10 stars.

I just joined this site yesterday. Today I got 11 messages all purporting to be from different ladies. But, and here’s the thing, they all said exactly the same thing, to the letter. Someone is clearly sitting in an armchair going copy paste and sending them one after another. I wonder how many more I’ll receive.

Paid for set of Wilson extra stiff shaft irons in May ‘24- promised delivery 18th June . Every week it’s next week definitely … still waiting. Customer service - the usual flowery bs … have a lovely day etc . Season will be gone …. Customer service not fit for purpose. Order nr 08482206. 10th July As we’ve ordered custom fit irons through pro shop , Wilson customer service have just informed me again that they do not provide customer service to the end user customer ! So there is nobody that will answer me, and Wilson don’t communicate with the pro shop. Still no idea when paid for clubs will arrive and now 4 weeks late on original due date

Had a malfunctioning range finder that was a month outside of its warranty and the Precision Team made things so easy To get a newer upgraded unit. Thus Team really knows what STELLAR Customer Service is! Having run a division of an extremely large Fortune 500 Company and serviced a customer that was the largest automotive aftermarket parts supplier in the world, you quickly became aware of what SERVICE REALLY MEANS. If you do not think that a customer can acquire parts/ inventory at a cheaper cost Then you realize that all you have is 1St Class STELLAR SERVICE to set you apart. Precision has that so far. Keep it up guys

I started to receive daily emails from these guys. I don't play golf and never signed up. I unsubscribed three separate times and the emails keep coming for a couple months now. Marked as spam so at least I don't see them in my inbox. .

Any senior wanting distance off the tee and getting your game to a place to compete with those young stallions at your local course need Bobby’s golf instruction website. Never thought at 72 I could get my game to where it’s at and that’s playing blues none of the senior tees for me.
