upon receiving the compressor I ordered from CPO, I discovered some damage. I contacted the number listed in the box for issues such as this. The phone number put me it touch with CPO customer service. After discussing the damaged parts with Alysha at CPO customer service, she explained that they do not stock those parts, but found some sites (grainger; Walmart ) that have them. Alysha told me that she would Email me the links to the parts and after I decided which are correct, I was to Email her back with a screen shot of the part with the cost including shipping, and she would credit the card I used to purchase the compressor from CPO. I did that. Its been two weeks, and I've not herd back from Alysha. This is just too much work on my part in order to satisfy my purchase.

I went to my local Pearland Texas location, to arrange to pick up 30 bales of cellulose insulation. The location had the bales, but the three blowers, that were in c s had no cables or other equipment needed to use the blowers. Found this out after they sent me to the other end of the store to purchase the bales, the clerk had to walk me to the bales, because she couldn’t spell insulation, it took her 5 tries! After going back to customer service, it was discovered the blowers were unusable. Clerk had to credit my card, then called the location, on the Gulf freeway @ El Dorado after going to tool rental, as the customer service clerk told me to, I was informed that I had to buy the bales, from the store checkout, and then see about the blower. I demanded a manager, he informed me that this store had not had a blower for the cellulose product for four months! I called corporate, and have not received any response. This all happened before 11:00 am. I am going to try Lowe’s and see if they can help me. Total waste of time, no one in the stores had any type of an ID Badge, complaint group, wanted me to name who I had been working with, how can I do that when they don’t wear an id????
