The on line was great for getting a quote but I was having an issue returning to my quote to price up some changes in a follow up email that was sent. After completing the purchase the app wrote ‘something went wrong’ and I did the entire process again. The result is that you charged me twice and sold me two identical insurances. I have sent several messages to customer service and did not get any answer.
