Liberty Mutual is dishonest. I called to ask a question if my policy would cover my defective roof shingles. I was told it was a workmanship issue and no, it was not covered. My policy came up for renewal. It went from $2818 to $4,299. I decided to look for other insurance and was informed there was a claim. There was no claim, it was a question. Researching this it shows there was a claim with $0 paid. I called LexisNexis and yes, it shows there was a claim with $0 paid. This is plain out fraud and impacts any future coverage on my home. How can they legally do such a thing?

I am not getting any feedback from The agent. It took 2 months for them to return my call to complete the application process. I have yet to receive me policy info, whereas I paid last week

Marsh , i wish i had never moved our household policy to this company . Increase of 32% 12 month renewal no attempt to reduce. when they won the original piece of work the agent was all over the account suggesting we do this or that saved us a good amount of monies. 12 months on no proactive approach just increase. i would never recommend this company to anyone .
