We haven’t subscribed yet but wanted to speak to someone who can help with my queries, left numerous of messages and emails for over 4 days now, not one phone call or reply to any of my emails. They claimed they would answer your email in 3 minutes…not a hope! Go elsewhere!

I was on the phone with the Freedom Voice representative for 23 minutes, and he was extremely patient and helpful. After I changed my payment method, the representative helped make several other changes to my account, e.g., email, password, address, and knowledgeably provided clarifications, such as weblink login vs login on the app.

Junk reduces the Wifi speed by 90% WTF - Hard to set up and all support email address's do not work. Looks very iffy to me.
