Been a customer for quite a while and one of the selling points is that once a fee has been paid you are not limited to the number of times you can reset your iPhone. They have had several updates to their software. I need to reset my iPhone but the software failed to jailbreak the iPhone. I have been given limited advice but I still left with a none working iPhone. I asked if they could reset the link there end but was not given this option

I took my apple ipad in to replace the glass on it which was broken. They said they could do it. The charged us $100.00 for that plus sold us insurance which we did not want, they forced us to get it. Come to find out later that that insurance was per month, which they had not told us about. We immediately called the company and told them to get rid of the insurance, that we had not asked for. In any case, the iPad worked only for one day, than it stopped working all together. I know that this store was recently purchased by a gentleman from Ireland, he told me things would be different now that he took over. Things are not different, they still try to screw you any time they can. They broke our iPad somehow and are not taking the responsibility to fix it at all. The staff remains the same as before, so it is pretty much “business as per usual”. They will screw you any time that they can, and the don’t give a damn if they actually brake your product. I am sure I’m not the only person that they have done this to.
