I can't login to my account and I have credits on the account. So when I try to use the application, it says you have 40 seconds to verify your email address. The problem is that I have spam filters on my email server so I never get emails in 40 seconds. It's more like 90 seconds so I can't use the program anymore and there is no way to talk to anyone or contact them.

garbage. i would give zero stars if i could. asked a refund and they lied saying they sent it when in actuality, they kept my money. a mere $15 that i asked for back and I still didn’t receive it. they’re scammers and frauds and I deserve to have my money back, as i was patient and kind. But I am no longer feeling that way.

Reached out for a quote to restore a nearly 25 year old film photo of my partner from their childhood. They did a wonderful restoration and color fix, it's like having that memory be brand new again. They do phenomenal work and I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again.

Good service, responds quickly. Negatives return well packaged and secure. Scans are well done. I have started developing my own 35mm and 120 film but I'll continue using The Darkroom for 110 film.
