If this is the company based out of Charlotte North Carolina it's a scam!!!! John Byers the so called owner will take your money and no pinball machine. I tried to purchase an eight ball deluxe 7 months ago. It was a nightmare dealing with this guy. He uses a made up company Betty K Express delivery to send you a tracking number just to buy time so he can take your money. My credit card company went after him for $4,000 and returned my money. Do not give this guy any money

I bought my arcade system a couple months back and I got to tell you it is the real deal. We love it. Don’t waste your money on a cheap one get the best. We play everyday!! And the service they give you when you call is the best. I would definitely recommend them.
