My experience has been pretty incredible with Marek Health. The overall knowledge and willingness to understand my needs has been something I’m truthfully not used to with only having a primary doctor. My health coach Alex Jacoby has been my biggest advocate during this whole process. He addresses my concerns and elicits all information regarding diet; exercise, and supplements that will benefit my overall health. I appreciate the feedback and sharing of statistics; he takes the time to respond timely to my concerns and understand what my health goals are. My experience with Praga Medica was simply great. From the first contact to the aftercare, I felt well looked after at all times. I have to praise Martina in particular (she looked after me). She was always friendly, helpful, compassionate and I always had the feeling that she was honest with me. In other words, she actually says what she thinks. She answered all my questions or made sure that they were answered. Another plus point is that all communication with her was in German, my mother tongue. On the day of the operation, she picked me up from the hotel, communicated with the clinic on site in Czech and also provided helpful input during the consultation with the doctor (who also spoke German) so that there were no misunderstandings. All in all, it couldn't have gone better.
