Received my cards today wayyy before the date expected to arrive. I only order my business cards and postcards from this company. The quality is outstanding. Their templates allow the customer to add their own touches. This print company never disappoints. So thankful for their service. Elegant cards for a boss chic like me!

I've never used Vistaprint before and I was ordering business cards. When I received my cards, they were too small to read and had a huge border. I worked with Jocelyn via chat and she fixed my cards and sent me a new set, free of charge. Thank you for the great service.

I chose over $1000. in signs and they were in my cart. I went to get my credit card and ALL of the signs were deleted. I was so aggravated I just shut off the computer. It took me a lot of time to get everything we needed. So, the next day I went back on to reorder the items and I could not find any of the previous signs. Either the signs were not on there or they were missing the photo/graphic on them. I need these signs, but I probably will not go back to this site again. I only spent $800. not getting all I needed because I was so aggitated.

I ordered 6 custom shirts with an American flag on the right arm. There is nothing special about the shirts, just a cheap polo with a business name, bug and American flag - over $300. But they were needed to for a Veterans business gathering so we spent the money as a small business. Their design software will not allow you to place the flag with the correct orientation, so you are forced to leave notes for the designers. I get a mockup of the shirts with the flag still facing the wrong direction but a note from designers stating, "Design adjusted for embroidery standards". The flag on the mockup is not fully on the sleeve so given that I was forced to put in very detailed notes of what I was buying, there was the assumption they were read. Fast forward to 10 days and the shirts arrive, low and behold the flag is backwards. What company in the U.S. doesn't know how the flag is supposed to be orientated, especially one that claims to be in Philadelphia, PA. I called immediately and was told that since you approved the mockup regardless of the notes, you own it. I then get an email from the company that stating for another $150 they will remake the shirts again. I am currently waiting on a call from someone to try to find an actual remedy (given me what I paid for). As it stands now, I would not recommend this company. Their customer service is subpar, and it feels like nothing more than a money grab.
