Zero stars to 360 OnlinePrint if I had the option. It is one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. Their customer service is completely unreachable. You get the feeling they give up on helping you with any problems as soon as they cash your check. I ordered something, almost a month ago, and still have not received it or resolved the situation at all. I've been trying to get in touch with either the company or the shipping company for days, and still, there has been no communication or anything. That is pure idiocy and a disrespectful approach to the customers. So if you're thinking of ordering from this company, DON'T! So, save yourself the headache and find a real company that actually knows how to care about its customers.
