Solid product with a great price point. I purchased a borescope to inspect chainsaw cylinders for damage, without having to remove a carb or muffler (through the spark plug hole). The new saws have a pretty small opening. The dual lens allows me to see all angles without too much effort. The side camera has plenty of detail and a small enough focal length to make this perfect. My only complaint in my whole experience is with USPS for having an essentially useless tracking system. This is not a problem with Depstech or the product. I’m sure if someone was in a hurry and selected a different shipping option, the problem would be negated. I am very pleased with the company and the product

I had questions regarding the pool cue and the response was quick and correct. Pool cue was packaged very securely so even rough handling wouldn't have damaged it. 1st time buying from Pawn America and very happy with this purchase. If only I could buy some pool shooting skills from them!

This is a company you must avoid at all cost. First, the website is flawed and does not have the descriptions or part quantity correct. I ordered a few parts for a compressor, one of them were the feet. It said a set of feet for the compressor in the description but no where did it say you need 2 boxes for the complete set, so I only received 2. Second, They double shipped and double charged me on two different accounts with no fail safes to prevent a double purchase.They then have you pay to return the item for your refund and gouge you with a restocking fee upon receiving your paid for item so you will get a fraction of your refund. Third, The customer service department/people are very rude. The conversation goes from congenial to nasty very quickly, they do not want to hear your problem and will cut you off in mid-sentence with a condescending tone as if you are bothering them. I would never again even consider this company for a 2 cent screw and I am recommending anyone reading this and considering buying from this company to NOT. Seek an alternative and save yourself the headache.

I am not sure how this company continues to stay in business. Bought their skill saw and it broke within a year. Worst customer service. NEVER BUY DEWALT AGAIN. Cannot get this saw replaced with any of the retailers. I remember I had an issue with Milwaukee power tool, and they took care of me in one day by sending me a shipping label to send them none working tool, and they sent me brand new one that same day. DEWALT - NEVER AGAIN. I rather overpay a little and get best quality product from any other brand.
