The team here were great! They couldn't have offered a better service or more support post purchase. On top of amazing service the delivery was fast and the fitters were lovely too.

From exceptional service to complete faliure!
From my initial purchase of my new hot tub in 2021, I found Andy & Ali’s service second to none.
They would answer phone calls and when I needed my tub servicing and when I bought an air source heat pump, prompt service was forthcoming.
Unfortunately, things have deteriorated now to the point that most calls go unanswered, they only open their shop two days a week, and they never return calls when they say they will.
My tub showed signs of leaks over two months ago. I rang AA Hot Tubs, and a visit was arranged a week or so later, where the engineer eventually turned up he found several more leaks and said they would get the new jets and seals as required.
However, despite waiting over three weeks they had still not arranged a visit and repair, but after many WhatsApp messages those repairs were undertaken, but unfortunately several other issues found.
The engineer took pictures after we filled the tub and established what further jets / seals were required, and I was assured a phone call that evening to arrange their fitting and completion.
Yet as expected now, a week on, still no phone calls, nothing!
The most annoying thing from the entire two-month fiasco is constantly being ignored!
No replies to messages both verbal and written, and NEVER ONCE has anyone ever phoned back, even to express regrets for the delay or to offer any explanation!
It’s quite unacceptable business practice, and so unnecessary, when telling me the truth on time, is so much better.
Something is very amiss with this business these days, so caveat emptor!

We are extremely disappointed with this review Andrew, this was written 3 days after our visits on SUNDAY 15th & Monday 16th Sept to find leaks that you didn't know you had after fixing the leak you self diagnosed on our earlier visit . You were told we would order the parts needed and get back to you .. parts were ordered and arrived on 19th Sept when we got this review. We would have then as discussed be in touch to arrange a date to do extra fix on leaks.
First call out was arranged for 15th August , just over a month before this review so not 2 months.
Self diagnostic was done by yourself to say we needed jubllee clips and that you couldn't reach where the leak was so needed us , no call out fee charged for that visit.
I have personally called and spoken to your partner ( you will recall this as you were sat next to her at the time ) I sent you well wishes if you recall.. so to say we NEVER ONCE is not true ..
We have never opened our shop more than 3 days a week since opening 5 years ago at the location it's at now so not sure why you say 2 days ?
We admit there was a delay between first & second visit as discussed with your partner on a phone message as the job needed two people and we are always fully booked 2 weeks in advance , hence the Sunday visit on our day off .
So there is nothing amiss with our business Andrew , we can only do what we can do in the hours and days possible

Since buying our hot tub from AA hot tubs we have had recieved exceptional service and advice when needed. Nothing is too much trouble. Products and chemicals are always competitively priced. We have Ali and Andy to service our tub yearly and have even purchased an Air source heat put from them which has lowered our bills considerably. We would definately reccomend this business.

AA Hot Tubs Relocated a hot tub from Grimsby to Nettleham for me.
I have to say it was an absolutely brilliant service from start to finish, reasonably priced and very helpful.
Impressed with Andy’s care and knowledge and instantly trust worthy.

Lockdown purchase…
We bought our tub during lockdown in 2020 and through Alison’s expert coordination we got the latest model which was only just being released. Communication was brilliant throughout and the install was seamless, even down to removing and reinstalling a fence panel. The coaching on how to look after our tub has proved priceless and we are still regular users of our HT all year round. We would be lost without it now!

I initially was initially looking around the local area for hot tub providers and Ali really stood out with her excellent knowledge, offers on hand and she was very friendly as well - Andy did great on delivery ensuring everything was handled with care and installed correctly.

Excellent advice and service
Contacted AA Hit tubs as I was looking at fitting an Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP).
Both Andy and Ali were amazing, explaining and answering my questions.
I had the ASHP fitted shortly afterwards and I’m delighted.

Purchased my hot tub from AA Hot Tubs in 2020 and the delivery and installation were fantastic despite a tight squeeze to get it to my back garden.
