My advisor Natashia answered all my questions, including going over the contract line by line and helped customize my policy. For my age and stage in life (mid-forties, healthy), After.com was the most affordable policy that still covers the most important things. The one limitation is the small number of states they provide their services to, but I was willing to sign with them because of the immediate full coverage.

After.com made the worst day of my life more bearable. It was 3am and the love of my life started his journey into eternity. My blood pressure spiked, the nurses sat me down in the dimly lit corridor, the Hospitalist on duty approached asking if I had a plan. I felt my blood pressure normalizing as I handed him my husband's After.com card. Their staff gently walked me through each part of the process of caring for my husband to creating a beautiful memorial, legal matters and grief support. Genuinely caring & patient staff. Fees are very reasonable, and I am so thankful to have found After.com.

Your staff, from Assael in the beginning to Connie with the delivery of my husband back to me has been exceptional. I called and the care and patience that Amanda showed over the phone was Beyond Excellent.
She was Kind, Professional, and Just Excellent. My sweetheart had asked me only 4days prior to his passing to marry him.
Amanda made this difficult time have an air of Ease. The only thing about losing James was having Amanda to assist me. She explained the the process, and answered my questions. When Jim’s ashes were delivered, the driver was polite and caring.

This was a first time for me navigating cremation plans. From the time I reached out to let them know my mom had passed, they were in constant contact with me even after I picked up my Mom's ashes. We started researching pre planning companies over a year ago and still did not have full confidence in them. That's until I had a phone meeting with Jonah at AFTER. Jonah was fantastic! I knew the love of my life was going to pass.
My hospice provided me with a sheet of cremation options. I did some investigating into a few by checking their rating; After, having the highest approval rating. I picked After and I have no regrets. Everyone was so comforting and I think they assigned me with their best coordinator. I just can’t praise them enough. In fact, I was so pleased, I am going to start pre-planning my own cremation with After.
