Good..?

Javen, Stanley and Wanling has been helpful with any issues I have with Airwallex.

Sadly, the UI/UX is not the best.

Also find it baffling that they require postal code to do transfers even though not all addresses have that, but they let you transfer anyway when you omit the payee's bank a/c no.? Ended up having to do a SWIFT amendment. Well at least they were helpful in processing the amendment.

Would also be good if they have limit orders..

They are flat out ignoring me

They are flat out ignoring me. They are declining all of my charges without explanation. I've set up meetings with Richie Lawson to get on his calendar and he just flat out ghosts me. Incredibly unprofessional company. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

I have never experienced worse service…

I have never experienced worse service than with Airwallex. The support doesn’t respond, even after sending over 10 emails. You wait weeks for a reply, and my account has been under review for over a month.

Meanwhile, my entire balance is withheld, and there’s no clear information about when I’ll have access to my funds again. These delays are unacceptable for a business that relies on its money to cover operating costs.

I cannot recommend Airwallex to anyone. If you’re looking for a reliable payment or banking solution, I suggest finding an alternative.

Help me

I see that you reply to other reviews, yet you still haven’t replied to me, neither through support nor here. If my case is resolved, I will update my reviews, but for now, I still have no response or solution, and all my money is frozen.

The support from Airwallex is terrible.

They take 2-3 weeks to respond, withhold your money for long periods, and don’t reply to emails. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. For businesses, this is absolutely not workable. If you make more revenue than expected, they will withhold your funds, ask for documents, and even after you provide them, the verification process can take an extremely long time—sometimes up to 3 months. I have never seen such poor service from a financial institution. I cannot recommend Airwallex to anyone. They are unreliable and can severely disrupt your business operations.

Airwallex Profesionalism

I had a challenge login and to start using my Airwallex debit card. Immediately I contacted the support team, and in no time this was resolved smoothly, and happy to use my card in Ghana although my Head office is in Australia where the card originated. I can confidently say Airwallex personnel are efficient, professional, and patient in articulating their work. I urge them to keep up.

Airwallex is cheap and awesome

Compared to banks and even PayPal, Airwallex is way cheaper. The exchange rates are great, and no hidden fees are popping up, which is such a relief. I’ve saved a ton of money on transfers already.
The virtual cards are super handy for online payments and managing team expenses. Plus, it’s nice not having to carry around another physical card. It syncs perfectly with Xero and my e-commerce tools, so keeping track of payments and invoices is a breeze now.

A competitive platform for international payments

As an overseas user, I’ve had a really good experience with Airwallex. The platform is easy to use, and payments are processed really quickly. The exchange rates are competitive, which helps us save a lot of fees.

The customer service is also excellent. It’s great to have reliable platform and supports when dealing with international payments!

Airwallex Journey

Since June '24, we have commenced our journey with Airwallex. Thus far the experience has been fantastic. The team supporting us especially Hayley has been very supportive in addressing our queries promptly and assisting us whenever we need help. It would be great to have more currencies being supported in the global account for us to meet our business needs better and totally love the easy user interface and new features that Airwallex is rolling out.

I am extremely disappointNo response for over 20 days – very disappointinged with…

I am extremely disappointed with Airwallex. My account was restricted without any clear reason, and there is over €13,000 in it. I was asked to submit documents, which I provided immediately, but I have received no response for over 20 days.

As a business owner, I rely on this account to pay my suppliers, employees, and operating expenses. This delay has severely impacted my business. My suppliers are threatening to terminate our partnership, and I am unable to meet my obligations.

I understand that verifications are necessary, but waiting over 20 days without any update is unacceptable. I have tried contacting support multiple times, but I have not received any answers.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Airwallex to anyone under these circumstances. I hope the company finally addresses this issue and resolves my problem soon.
