When reviewing your co's website I was contacted immediately by a chat invite. I though it was a BOT and asked them, and Michele replied "no". She connected me to Pamela. That app. was easy to attend, she was thorough, polite & professional. Pretty much answered all my questions with ease!

Great customer experience!

From the initinal meeting with Daniel, he was very pleasant. Then with the onboarding process with Catherine she was informative, took her time to explain everything to me. She guided me through the client portal and told me what to expect. She did a test call and sent me the transcribed message so that I could see what it would like like coming through email
