When reviewing your co's website I was contacted immediately by a chat invite. I though it was a BOT and asked them, and Michele replied "no". She connected me to Pamela. That app. was easy to attend, she was thorough, polite & professional. Pretty much answered all my questions with ease!
Just worked with their techs to get a certain call flow for a new program I'm offering and they crushed it. Very cool how I can customize my call flow with their assistance. Well done!

Accurate messages taken by pleasant and professional people. Correct names and phones numbers are provided along with the purpose of the call. Staff has also "gone the extra mile" to alert us to situations that required immediate or additional attention.

From the initinal meeting with Daniel, he was very pleasant. Then with the onboarding process with Catherine she was informative, took her time to explain everything to me. She guided me through the client portal and told me what to expect. She did a test call and sent me the transcribed message so that I could see what it would like like coming through email
