ASAP Utilities is one of my must-have tools, as useful in Excel as a Gerber multi-tool away from the keyboard! I pay for both personal and professional licenses. When I teach anything related to Excel, ASAP Utilities is one of those secret weapon recommendations I give for dealing with loads of data. It helps to clean up data so quickly.

I'm not just talking about crunching numbers. Have you ever thought "This is just too much. I need this data broken up - a new worksheet tab for each category in this column would be great." It can do that. Need to redirect hundreds of short link URLs to a new domain name? I used Rebrandly and/or bl.ink + ASAP Utilities to get the job done. I even used it in a document retention project -- it provided a detailed listing of all the files in certain folders & subfolders on a network share, so the subject matter experts could review, assign, etc in Excel instead of Windows Explorer. Could I do those things with scripts? Yep, but I pay more by the hour for that for one bit of code than I do for a reusable ASAP Utilities license.

I have used ASAP Utilities for a long time now! It is an absolute must have for anybody that spends a lot of time in Excel analysis and report creation. It takes the work out of creating many lengthy or complicated formula and operations.

After moving from the corporate world to a new professional endeavor I wanted to transfer my paid license to my personal computer that will be used for my new work. I have used ASAP for over 18 years and love it! When I upgraded to a Win11 pc recently I needed to purchase an upgrade (from version 4.x to 8.x - ok...I was a little behind in keeping some things up to date). ASAP is my go-to for working faster and smarter in Excel. When helping someone on their pc with Excel, I'm frequently at a loss when I realize there is no "ASAP" button to make things frictionless. - Keep up the great work.

ASAP Utilities is a real time-saver for anyone who works with Excel a lot. It makes cleaning and formatting data way faster and easier. The filtering and selecting tools are super handy when dealing with big files. Also, it could have been nice if we could create our own function or macro directly in the tool. Sure, it’s mostly useful in Excel, but it’d be cool if it had more features for other tools like Python. Overall, a must-have for boosting productivity!

Had installed ASAP in a prior company & used it daily for 10+ years.

Anyone who uses excel regularly and doesn’t have ASAP is missing a huge productivity tool. I use it everyday day and it saves me time and makes the whole spreadsheet experience much easier. I can’t recommend this highly enough. It’s the best excel tool ever

The tool is easy to use and understand while light weight so that it doesn't slow down your program much. In its capabilities it is fairly shallow but it is very efficient in what it does. If you have repetitive but easy comprehensible tasks that dont justify the programming or use of makros it is great.
The benefits increase exponentialy with the size of the database. If you have to transform sheets with over a couple hundred rows it is a real time saver.

I have worked with ASAP utilities for many years at different companies. It is the perfect tool for cleaning data and a huge time saver.

The speed with which you can achieve data manipulation, imports, exports etc. is remarkable and trustworthy.

When I started at my new company, it was one of the things I asked for in my initial interview as I have relied on it to make my life easier in the past. I showed my new boss what it can do and it took 3 minutes of showing him for him to approve the purchase of a license.
