Product quality/Qualité produit

I bought multiple devices (computer and headset) from Boulanger but from all of them none worked for longer than 6 months without issues with the expensive one being those with the most important issue
J'ai acheté de nombreux produits (ordinateur et casque) de la chaine de magasins Boulanger mais aucun de ces produits n'a marché plus de 6 mois sans soucis avec les produits cher avec les problèmes les plus importants

It tells you that your order has…

It tells you that your order has arrived at the drive-through but after 1 hour of traffic jams to get to the store to pick up your package, the saleswoman tells you that I don't have it, with an air of I don't care.
You don't have access to your account because the password reset service is down. Seriously, no wonder this system is screwed, you work your ass off working hard and nothing works.

Abysmal service

Abysmal service, order passed on their website was delayed in "preparation" for a week, and after calling the their customer service multiple times they finally manage to "resolve" the situation. However, this promise was very promptly broken when without any information at all the order was canceled without providing any explanation, turns out they were selling products that they don't have, very quick to withdraw the money for the order though. No compensation or solution was given to their "mistake" of course. Just wasted time and effort. Avoid at all costs!

We bought 10,000 euros worth of kitchen…

We bought 10,000 euros worth of kitchen equipment from Boulanger. Our stove was broken. It took 3 weeks to get one technical person to come. They came on a Friday, so when they put in a request for new pieces, it took another week to get another technician to come. That technician left before completing the job. Promised he would come back later in the day. He didn’t. When we called him, he promised the next day at Noon- didn’t show up, promised 15h, didn’t show up. When we called technical support the lady was extremely rude and told us too bad, gave no timing or next step and hung up on us. This is beyond incompetence and these individuals are ruining the company’s reputation.

I will make sure everyone I know will only shop at Darty and NEVER with Boulanger.

Late dishwasher with dents

Bought and paid for a dishwasher on line. I received paperwork to confirm this then nothing else. I was led to expect that I would be advised of the delivery the next day. After contacting them it appeared that the appliance was not in stock and a date effectively 4 weeks after the order was agreed. It turned up without proper notification after 3 weeks. It was installed but later after dark two dents in the door became apparent in artificial light.

TO BE AVOIDED

I made a significant order on Boulanger:
- I got really bad advice from their sales people who are poorly trained
- I order on internet, called their customer service beforehand to ensure the availability of the product, which they confirmed. Then I got a notification that it wasn't available...
I had some funds blocked with them, so I did a second order OVER THE PHONE with a sales lady who confirmed it would be possible. 2 days later, I got a notification that the product was definitively out of stock.
ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD FOR MANY YEARS.

TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS

Wrong goods delivered

Wrong goods delivered, which Boulanger said they don't even sell. A table saw was delivered instead of a home cinema amplifier. A somewhat different item!!
I now am having to prove it's not an amplifier. The object is so heavy, and they expect me to unpack it to take photos of its empty box, even though it clearly shows what's inside on the box. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

Very bad expérience with after sales…

Very bad expérience with after sales service . cinéma projector broken-down, one month without our equipment, no loan of other device planned. Second time.this is always the same problème with this company in france .i'll wish an answer .

Horrible customer service, they don't follow through, and they have no respect for their customer's time.

We set up an appointment to have a technician come and look at our broken dish washer. He was supposed to call us between 8-8h30 to set up a time for the day to come by. He didn't call. Then when I called the customer service they not only couldn't tell me anything, they were rude and would just say I need to be patient. They seem indifferent to the fact that people work and can't be waiting around all day long for someone to decide to do what he said he was going to do. No matter how this works out, if I get this dish washer fixed or not... I will not purchase another big item from them again.

Appalling service

Appalling service, where to begin..... I ordered 3 large items for delivery the following week. I was called the day before delivery to say a washing machine was out of stock and wouldn't be delivered for a couple of weeks, I was surprised I wasn't informed at the time. I waited in all day - no delivery. When I rang I was told they rang me but I didn't answer, the number was incorrect even though they had previously rung me and it was correct on all the documentation🤷🤷🤷 I had to ring back at 6.30 for new delivery date. Why couldn't they ring me!!! I rang back and was told I had to wait nearly a week for a new delivery slot. This really isn't acceptable and I will never buy from them again

Items displayed No stock anywhere

Second time we went into our local store and asked about buying a new item from those on display. Second time we were told, don't have any and neither does any other store. Can't be ordered or basically purchased
Here's a thing, if you can't sell it, don't display it 🤦�♂�🤦�♂�

Buying something "available" but in fact "out of stocks"

I bought a special offer of a gaming PC. 1200€ instead of 1700€, nice. Important : I paid the exact same day as they put this offer online. PC was available for delivery at home. After 2 weeks, I called : out of stocks. Woman told me "probably many people bought at the same time, more than the available stocks"... In 2023 such a big web coding error ???
They ordered product again but it will not arrive soon (minimum 1-2 months, not even sure because their order is not confirmed by the fabricant).
Then we checked other PCs so I can get another one. One model was Ok but less good for the same price. So I asked to get a reduction, impossible.
In the end I just asked to get my money back. Have to wait one week again for that.
I think (this is only my opinion, I'm not sure of this) boulanger does this kind of offers on purpose : getting your money and using it during some months, "for free"...

Satisfied with fast delivery and good packaging

I ordered Tefal pans twice and everything came very quickly and neatly packaged. I can't say anything about large appliances - I've never ordered here, but I would definitely recommend ordering kitchen appliances from them. Everything is great!

Phone robbed

I bought on line a phone with screen and phone protection. The package came but the phone box was empty. Boulanger said the package arrived without problem and since then no answer to 100s of mail sent

BOULANGER DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS…

I have written 2 reviews about BOULANGER & there terrible service, no response from the company.
I will now use the law in France to get this company to deliver or pay back what I spent, I have waited since first week September.
