I have found BOWIMI to be a fantastic tool for the Jimmys Iced Coffee Field Team. It makes keeping track of data captured and most importantly ranging status within Nationwide Grocery Retail down to store level so easy.

What has impressed me most about Bowimi has been the level of service and support from their team specifically Frankie as she is so helpful, easy to communicate with and really made sure we were getting the most from the platform with any new additions to at could add value.

BOWIMI are definitely there to help you as a user and that makes such a difference.

The app and dashboards are really intuitive. It is so easy to create new surveys and to kick out the data that we want to see and measure our team against.

The whole system is tailored exactly to what our business needs, so even in its most basic form it’s superior to anything we’ve used previously. But the support, ans report building the Bowimi team have provided quickly makes a bespoke product that functions however we require. I love it.

I wasn't sure if I needed Bowimi, and the sales team where very helpful in showing all the features and capabilities of the product.... now I don't know if I could live without it. It has done wonders for managing existing clients, and finding new prospects.

The only challenge you'll have with Bowimi is what to do with the time saved not having to analyse massive spreadsheets and disparate data any more. We're about a month into the team using Bowimi and it's already changed the game for us. Getting set up with Frankie was a dream, can't recommend enough.

If I could offer a 6 star review I would.

All steps from initial engagement, to onboarding to post-launch follow up have been immaculate.

Excellent team, where we really valued the in person training session at our HQ. Frankie and Will in particular are an incredible duo to work with - helping us build the perfect dashboard.

Responsive with follow up queries, and really understand the needs of our business. Would recommend to other businesses looking to utilise a field sales team & CRM.

Bowimi has enabled me to work to my maximum every day, with the efficiency it can provide for me, I've saved hours in aquisition. Being able to see detailed insights so easily makes it like no other app I have ever used. On top of that, the guys at Bowimi are always available if you have any enquiries. I love Bowimi! It's so easy use, records the data we need in an effective way and has made day to day working more efficient.
The transition for our old system was pain free and the service we have received from Dom and the team has been brilliant. I particularly like how they have listened to our needs and provide regular updates on added features.

As a company we cannot speak highly enough of the support the Bowimi team have given us from day one. They managed a smooth transition over for us from our previous provider as well as worked with us on creating a product bespoke for our business.
The Product we have is so easy and simple to use for our sales teams as well as line managers. It gives us maximum visibility on how our sales team perform on a regular basis as well as track our KPI's and customer performance.

Bowimi has turned my field days from an effort to effortless! I am able to visit a huge chunk of stores in one day, making my days out really efficient. I enjoy mapping out my route and being able to add all of the necessary info for each contact and store. It’s also a fantastic way to show off how many places you’ve visited to your team! Having been introduced to Bowimi as a new CRM system I must say this is a brilliant system, so easy to use and input whatever information you need that is relative to your business needs. Bowimi is by far the best CRM system I have used and I've used a few CRM systems in my career. The support from Dom has been excellent whenever I have had a question Dom is on hand to help. I couldn't recommend Bowimi enough.

Bowimi is a fantastic app, simple but so effective. They worked with me to add features that I wanted originally, but actually came back with better suggestions than I was even asking for. Super helpful team that want to work with you closely and make you feel valued. And the app has so many useful features for tracking field sales visits and loads of different bits of information, and then displaying them in meaningful and useful ways. Highly recommended for any business with field sales!

Loving using Bowimi so far! The team at Bowimi are great, they listen to their customers and are constantly using that feedback to make improvements to the platform. It is a significant step on from our previous app Repsly, which was ineffective and my sales team did not want to use. They are now all very engaged with Bowimi and see the benefit it adds to their day to day.

Bowimi is a great founder led business. Dom & Dan's field sales tracking app is a significant step on from previous alternatives we have used as a business and has added another layer to our tools as a business to follow new business leads, track compliance as well as availability issues.
